Congratulations to the following women being selected to represent Central Otago in the Super 6s Tournament being held in Christchurch 7th & 8th February 2026.

Congratulations to the follwing men on being selected to represent Central Otago in the Christchurch Super 6s Tournament to be played at Burnside Bowling Club (Saturday) and Papanui Club Outdoor Bowls (Sunday) 7 & 8 February 2026.

Congratulations to the following men who represented Central Otago in the Zone 6 Hexangular Tournament played in Dunedin on Saturday and Sunday 24 and 25 January 2026. They were unable to play outside in Dunedin due to inclement weather. The organisers took everything inside to the one green at the Hopes stadium. They changed the format so that there were two fours games and one singles, shortened the singles to 21 shots. Our development men finished 3rd and senior men 5th.

Congratulations to the following Central Otago women selected to play in the Zone Six on 24 & 25 January in Central Otago. Great performances from both teams being narrowly pipped to the post by a very strong Dunedin side.


Congratulations to the following men who represented Central Otago v South Otago in the Development Tournament played at Balclutha on Sunday 11 January 2026. The weather was warm and windy (very windy at times), but there were some outstanding shots, heads and games.

The following women were selected to represent Central Otago to play in the Triangular Tournament (Southland & South Otago) at Roxburgh on Friday 5 December 2025. A new strategy was intoduced with having a mixture of seniors with development players. Central Otago recorded the top two places.



Congratulations to the following men who represented Central Otago in the CO vs Southland Tournament to be played at Invercargill on Sunday 30 November 2025.
Results:
Development Men - Southland 6 wins; Central Otago 2 wins
Open Men - Southland 6 wins and a draw; Central Otago 5 wins and a draw
Overall Men - Southland 12 wins and a draw (37 points) ; Central Otago 7 wins and a draw (22 points)

Well done to our team who, again, braved less than ideal conditions for the annual fixture between Central Otago and Southland. This year it was Southland's turn to host us at Waihopai Bowling Club who did a fantastic job of making us all feel welcome. Great camaraderie between all of the players and we look forward to seeing most of them again on Friday in Roxburgh when we play the Triangular.

Congratulations the Central Otago Women who have been selected to play in the 1-5 year Women's Quadrangular to be held in Dunedin on 2nd November.
