Photos are clearer if they are not compressed through the email system. They can then be used on large TV displays , newspapers, etc  and be crystal clear.

Here is how to do it at no cost.

 

Taking photos on android phone . (These instructions likely can be adapted for other devices.)​

 

Open google photos, hit on the plus sign, choose create new album, make a title and desciption. e.g opening day Alexandra BC"  then select the photos you want to put in the album, go add.

How to send this album to another person

Find the album, (collections / albums / choose your album / use the send icon / press get link/  then create shareable link / then copy the shareable link in an email and send.

The recipient will just go to the link that was sent and find all the photos in that album in their original size.
